Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 banana

1 c. frozen strawberries

1 c. frozen blackberries, plus more for garnish (optional)

1 c. frozen raspberries

1 1/4 c. almond milk

1/2 c. Greek yogurt (plain)

Optional add-ins in.

Add some spinach or kale for additional nutrition or flax seeds for omega-3s.

A few chunks of frozen avocado for healthy fat.

Flavors like vanilla extract, cinnamon, or honey will take any smoothie to the next level.

I always add in PurePaleo Vanilla Protein Powder for 20g of protein/servings.

This smoothie gives 2-3 servings!
